We had a very late dinner here and were so hungry we forgot to take photos of everything we ate. The chicken was tender and flavorful. We also got the lemongrass tofu, which was the star dish. Highly recommend coming here!

One of the most delicious meals we had in France. All vegetarian dishes were fantastic. Incredible flavors, friendly staff, and really good value. If I’m ever in Aix again, I would love to come back!

Loved this place! Authentic, fresh, tasty, air conditioned. Food and service is quick and attentive. We were so tired of heavy, rich French food and this place was refreshing. I was surprised to find really good Vietnamese food in Aix. Lots of good veggie options too

Super affordable price Nice, (really) authentic Vietnamese food. The “bún bò” was so good so we ordered the 3rd bowl and shared. Savoury broth. The other day, we had “banh cuon” and “goi cuon” (aka summer rolls). We loved fish sauce, fairly dense, enough sweet and sour taste. Enclosed space, open kitchen. Guests may easily get smelly after leaving the place. Overall, it’s nice to come and try the food.

Lovely Vietnamese restaurant with great food and friendly staff. I ordered the Pho, and my dad had Bun Bo Hue. Both dishes were delicious, served with fresh herbs and chili if you like to add some spice. Will definitely come back. Merci, Han & Son!

Nice food, this restaurant gives me the most authentic vietnamese food i have ever eaten in France. The space is nice, warm and clean. However, it is enclosed and i think in the future, it should be equipped some machine to make the atmosphere better

Delicious pho (and i am saying this as a person which vietnamese roots), i would definitely recommend the place for a nice dinner treat. Sorry for the quality of the picture i promess it tastes better than it looks there.

Great food, I like the vegetable tofu soup, and we’ve been back several times. It’s a friendly and homey atmosphere, and we’ve been treated like family, which makes the experience very fun. They are honest and hardworking people, a couple working long hours, and they take pride in their service and the food they prepare. We tried other Vietnamese places in town but keep coming back to this one.
BONUS: When I discovered my purse missing this morning, with passport and credit cards, we walked back to Chez Hanson at 10a.m., and they had found it and kept it safe for me overnight! I am very grateful to them, and I encourage you to check out this place!Visited in May 2023

Well worth a visit if you’re in Aix for some delicious Vietnamese food. Service was quick and all the dishes were really really good 👌🏼 would recommend the fresh spring rolls and beef bo bun! Was too hungry to take photos so you’ll have to try it yourself!

Fyi: other Vietnamese restaurant in town named Le col5 gave out such bad vibe. So glad I found this one.Visited in September 2022

Great Vietnamese food in a small, simple, unpretentious restaurant. Quite authentic. There's an English menu, and even though they don't speak much English they will understand you.
